We have fast turnaround times, between 30-40 days, we offer private label, and we offer direct worldwide delivery.

What is included with my order?

For apparel, garments are cut & sewn, includes a private neck label, one decoration, single packing, and the set-up fee is already locked into the price.
For accessories, single packing and private labels will be extra.

Is there a set-up fee?

No. There are no set up fees.

What if I want a virtual mockup?

Accepted Answer

Remember, our virtual mockups are completely free. Please send us the following and one of our professional designers will take care of you:

1. Company/Client Name(s)
2. Company/Client Logo(s) in Vector format
3. Design direction as necessary

How does shipping price work?

Accepted Answer

Shipping is not included in the price. Shipping will be quotes based on the details and quantities of the oder. We ship direct from Instanbul, Turkey to the US via UPS Air. You can also use your own shipping service such as FedEx or USPS

Can I order less than minimum quantities?

There is an up charge when ordering less than our standard MOQ. We can accept orders of half of our standard MOQ.
Less than minimum quantities are as follows:
Apparel: 100 PCS
Beanies and Scarves: 50 PCS
Socks: 60 Pairs
Patches, Labels, and Tags: 250 PCS

What sizes do you offer for Apparel?

We can do any sizes from XXS to 10XL for apparel.

Can I order a sample?

Yes! If you'd like a random sample pack, please reach out to us and include the following:

1. Recipient's Name
2. Recipient's Address
3. UPS for FedEx Account number
4. Zip Code associated with your account

I didn't see a particular decoration, is what is on your website is all you offer?

We only showcase our most popular decoration methods in our catalogs, but our factory is capable of so much more. Please reach out to us via via phone or email and let us know what you're looking for and we see what we can do for you! Check out our contact page.

I need a sizing chart or garment template. Can you help out with that?

We can definitely provide you with a sizing chart and garment template. Just please be sure to specify which ones when contacting us.

Extra decorations are +$2.50 and up. Hang tags are +$1

Do you use a third party for your apparel or accessories?

All of our products are made at a factory in Istanbul, Turkey. this ensures the best quality of fabrics and complete customization

Do you offer Pantone color matching?

If your order is 400-500 pieces or more, we can Pantones match the garment fabric color. For order less than 400-500 pieces, you must select one of our stock colors.
